Rain from last week has been estimated at 8-9 inches over two days. I didn't have my gauge out, so I can't say for sure.
Judge Spears told me today that the back roads were a mess, and work would begin this week to clean them up.
If you haven't seen much news here lately, it's because there's been little to report, but keep an eye here.

This is my first time to post. I attended New Edinburg School the fifth through the 8th grades in 1939 through 1942 and graduated from Kingsland in 1946. I am wondering if any of my classmates are in the news. Ha.

Mrs. Barner, there may be some still around. I'm not sure who was in that class.
ReplyDeleteI knew some of the Halls around here when I was a kid in the 1970s... particularly Ruff Hall and I heard stories about Uko Hall (my uncle through marriage). Might you be kin to them?
